DENOO

The denouement, explained.

Delete your Denoo account

You can request permanent deletion of your Denoo account and associated data without installing or opening the app.

  1. Use the Google email address you used to sign in to Denoo.
  2. Email contact@denoo.app with the subject Delete my Denoo account and data.
  3. Send the email to submit the request. Denoo may ask you to confirm ownership before deleting the account and will confirm when deletion is complete.

Request account deletion by email

This button opens an email draft. You must send it. If you have no email app configured, copy the address and subject into your email service.

Never send passwords, Google tokens, verification codes or identity documents. You do not need to explain why you are leaving.

What is deleted

Your Denoo account, saved films, watchlist, seen films, reading history and counts, theory submissions, their published theories, votes, reports and author blocks are removed from active systems. Deletion is permanent. It does not delete your Google account.

Retention and copies

Provider security logs and backups follow their retention schedules. Copies that other people have saved or shared cannot be recalled. Deleting a server account cannot remotely clear device storage on other devices; use your device’s app-data controls to remove remaining local copies.

Inside the app

Open Settings → Privacy and account → Delete account. Confirm deletion and verify the same Google account when prompted. Guests can use Clear device data to remove their local lists and activity.
