Feedback and error reports

Email [email protected], or open Settings → Help and feedback in Denoo. Tell us what you were trying to do and what happened. The app version, Android version and film name can help us understand an issue.

Include only information you are comfortable sharing. Never send passwords, sign-in codes or access tokens.

Your account and your data

Read the privacy policy, request account deletion, or contact us about your data. You can request deletion without reinstalling Denoo.

Community contributions

Read the submission terms before submitting a theory. To report a published theory, use its reporting control in the app. You may also email us with the film and the concern, without including private account details.

App languages

Denoo's interface language can be changed in Settings. Film analyses and other editorial content remain in their original language.
